Other things you might need are measuring cups or scales. Many baking recipes come with measurements in metrics or cups. Cups can bring a difference in the dish as the mass it occupies can vary a little, which is why measuring scales are preferred because they are more accurate.

How to measure your ingredients

You can use a measuring scale, there are digital and analogue scales available. If you have no scale and wish to use cups, this is especially with flour products, use a spoon to fill the cup and level it off.
